Pruksa Real Estate has introduced two detached-housing projects – the Delight Rattanathibeth-Tha It and the Delight Bhuthamonthon-Salaya – which are together worth Bt1.4 billion and comprise units costing between Bt3 million and Bt5 million.
The Delight Rattanathibeth-Tha It has 187 homes, while the Delight Bhuthamonthon-Salaya has 132.
Each detached house has usable space of between 110 and 190 square metres on a plot of 50 square wah (200 square metres), and is designed in modern contemporary style with three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
Latest MK condo open for bookings
MK Real Estate has introduced the August Rama 3-Charoen Krung condominium project, with a starting price of Bt1.74 million per unit.
The Bt860-million project, which comprises 406 units in two eight-storey buildings, has a mix of one-bedroom units with 30 square metres of usable space and two-bedroom units with 45 square metres.
The project opens for bookings this weekend.
Thanasiri town-homes in Rattanathibet
Thanasiri Group has introduced its latest town-home project, the Bt390-million Thanasio Rattanathibet, which has 157 units costing from Bt1.99 million apiece.
The modern-style project comprises four-bedroom homes with 112-136 square metres of usable space on plots of between 20.2 and 60.53 square wah.
The project is located close to the Purple Line rail route from Bang Sue to Bang Yai.
