    BLACKFOOT — On New Year’s Eve, the owner of Taxi Tow Co. handed out passes for a free ride home at all 13 bars in the Bingham County area.


    It is Corbin McKinlay’s goal to reduce the number of driving under the influence of alcohol citations in his hometown.
